In addition to assisting you with your career development and job search, the Career Centre is available to assist Laurier students and alumni with applying to further education programs. Contact us for assistance with preparing for and applying to:

We can provide you with resources to research potential programs including what questions you should be asking as well as assisting you with the preparation of your applications. Applying to further education programs can be overwhelming and the Career Centre is here to help you with this process.
 

  • Book an appointment for individual advising about grad school applications and tests, information about professional programs including teacher education and law, preparing personal statements or applying to college programs
  • Come to the Career Centre for a 10 minute appointment during drop-in hours
  • Attend a workshop about teacher education, grad school, law school, college programs or rehabilitation sciences
  • Attend special events including the Graduate and Professional Education Fair held each year in October in Waterloo and Brantford or the Teacher Education Information Sessions held each year in October in Waterloo
  • Educational institutions visit Laurier each year to host information sessions or a booth on campus -
