- Brittany graduated from Laurier in 2016 with a BSc Kinesiology and then entered the Accelerated Bachelor of Nursing program at McMaster, graduating in 2018. Brittany is currently a Registered Nurse at Grand Valley Institution for Women – a federal institution for Women. She has been working at GVIW for two years as a Registered Nurse and was recently appointed the Team Leader of Clinical Services. Brittany's role as an RN in an institution encompass many facets of healthcare such as routine healthcare complaints, health promotion, infectious disease, chronic illnesses, substance abuse, mental health and assisting with reintegration to community.

- Andrea Foster is a paramedic who serves the urban and rural communities of Grey County. She is passionate about informed patient centered care and takes opportunities to further her career. Currently, Andrea is working towards her designation as a community paramedic and is a masters student of counselling psychology at Yorkville University. Andrea strongly believes in shaping and influencing workplace culture. She has participated in variety of workplace committees including labour management committee, occupational health and safety committee, mental wellness committee and paramedic services steering committee. She was nominated for the director's award for leadership and service in 2018. In her free time, Andrea enjoys skiing, hiking and volunteering as a UN online volunteer.

- Bryanna has focused her career on improving health services through research, strategic change management and operational process improvement to better serve patients and families. Her current role involves leading COVID-19 screening and redeployment at Canada's largest mental health hospital, navigating uncertainty and ever-changing information to deliver protocols that ensure screening is done optimally and efficiently. Previously, Bryanna worked at the same organization within the project management and consulting department where she led a clinical improvement project. Through her thoughtful change management approach and implementation of initiatives, the clinical team's productivity improved over 200%, while keeping patient-centered care at the forefront of all the initiatives. Prior to her work at CAMH, Bryanna managed a research lab within Toronto General Hospital and is a five-time published author in international health journals for her research in women's health and patient-centered care.

- Amanda is a Research and Development Scientist at SGS Canada Inc. specializing in Analytical Chemistry for pharmaceutical development. After graduating in 2008 with an Honours degree in Biology, Amanda worked as a Scientist for a Biotech company for 4 years. She then transitioned into pharmaceutical development and worked for Canada's largest generic pharmaceutical company for the past 7 years as an Analytical Chemist. Her most current role at SGS allows her to contribute to developing important medicine and vaccines that are used worldwide by several patients.
