Held as an interactive webinar format, the panelists will share their insights and advice and answer your questions. The panel will be moderated by Carrie Badame, Career Consultant for Lazaridis Toronto Graduate Programs. Names of panelists will be added to the list below as they are confirmed.

  • Deloitte Canada
    • Anne Rubino, Senior Consultant, Human Capital (Laurier MBA (Toronto Accelerated), Strategic Management)
      • Anne is a management consulting professional with 7+ years of experience, specializing in Business Strategy and Transformation. Anne has worked in both internal and external consulting functions and has a passion for designing both impactful and sustainable business solutions that add value to overall organizational strategy.

         
  • Jackman
    • Logan Moore, Consultant, Business Strategy (Laurier BBA & BA Financial Mathematics 2016)
      • With 5+ years of consulting experience, Logan has gained strategic expertise in developing and executing customer, competitive and brand strategies. In his current role, he has worked with some of North America's largest retailers and brands to unlock value and reinvent their customer experience. Most recently, Logan has helped redevelop legacy retailers and B2B business strategies, supported CPG brands in launching new products, conducted due diligence for private equity firms looking to make acquisitions and provided strategic advisory to early-stage start-ups. Prior to joining Jackman, Logan worked at Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory firm, developing executive pay structures for some of Canada's largest companies. Logan graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University's Business Administration (BBA) and Financial Math (BA) program in 2016.
 
  • KPMG
    • Michelle Stratulat, Management Consultant (Laurier BBA and BA Financial Mathematics 2020)
      • Michelle is a Management Consultant at KPMG in the Operations practice and is a dual-degree graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a BBA concentrated in Finance and a BA in Financial Mathematics. Michelle has previous work experience in investment banking and corporate development. Since joining KPMG in September of 2020, Michelle has completed various strategy-focused projects and has contributed to target operating model development, process mapping and design, operational/investment due diligence, actuarial/asset-liability management work and various other operational improvement exercises.
 
  • Capco
    • Abid Ali, Management Consultant (Laurier Bachelor of Business Technology Management, 2015)
      • Abid is an experienced management consultant at Capco Canada's Toronto office. He brings with him, deep domain experience across financial services, including banking & payments, insurance, and wealth & asset management. He has worked alongside industry-leading organizations to help drive digital innovation and transformation, change management, automation intelligence, and establish both, short- and long-term business strategy.  Prior to joining Capco, Abid worked for a Top-5 American Bank in IT Risk Management. His role involved offering guidance and consultation to his line of business on various risk-related issues, including SOX, IdAM, Infrastructure and Application security management, and audits & exams.
