BA '19 Communication Studies, Wilfrid Laurier University
- Adam's career in business development is a testament to taking the road less travelled (albeit a bumpy one). From Academic Probation to Honour Roll, and from a career in catering to comedy and finally communications, Adam draws upon past experiences and skills he honed at Laurier to successfully deliver software solutions to the specialized construction industry in his current sales and marketing role.

- Kailey Klempner is a Senior Content Marketing Specialist at TPH, a Canadian company who helps people turn their design, concepts and ideas into custom branded things. At TPH, her role has included email marketing, project management, social media, creative writing as well as internal & external communications. Before joining TPH, Kailey was a digital marketer and content creator for Corus Entertainment for 5 years. During her time at Corus, Kailey directed and crafted social media campaigns, video, blog and email content for up to 18 FM radio stations. She self-taught herself new skills including graphic design (web, clothing, and billboards), videography and video editing. She had the opportunity to work at flagship stations such as Q107 and 102.1 The Edge, assisting with video creation for artist interviews and musical performances. While she began her career in digital sales, she has since had a range of experience from managing brand content and communication channels to public relations.
Bianca Martellacci, Business Development Representative at Q4
BA '21 Communication Studies and Social Entrepreneurship, Wilfrid Laurier University
- Bianca is a recent graduate with a passion for sales and tech. Bianca began her career as a business development representative at D2L where she worked with organizations and associations to achieve their goals by transforming learning and training at their organizations. In her current role at Q4, she works with leading CFO's and IRO's of publicly listed companies to drive up stock valuation and gain a competitive advantage to win capital in the stock market.
BA Communication Studies, Wilfrid Laurier University
- Cameron began his career working as a Media Assistant Intern for IPG Mediabrands, the parent company of a digital advertising agency called Universal McCann (UM). After completing his internship, he then worked full-time with the company for 6 months. Within this position, he worked with companies like Levi's, Boston Pizza, Nestle, Shark Ninja and HelloFresh. He supported the planning and implementation of their TV, digital and out-of-home advertisements. He then entered the technology industry, and is currently working for a large startup called ApplyBoard.
