Sara Molladavoodi - Medical Writer, Envision Pharma Group
- BSc, MSc, PhD, EIT
- Postdoctoral fellow at WLU from June 2018 - Dec 2021
- Sara completed her doctoral studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo with a research focus on biomechanics. After a short post-doctoral fellowship, she joined Laurier for another post-doctoral fellowship at Dr. Diane Gregory's lab in the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education. Sara started her career path in scientific communications at Envision Pharma Group in January 2022 as an associate medical writer.

- After completing my PhD, Mike joined Manulife as an Instructional Designer and Training Facilitator, which led to an opportunity to join Mitacs (a collaborative research funding agency). Mike worked there to support University of Waterloo graduate students uncover corporate research partnerships and establish opportunities to apply their research with industry partners. From there, Mike discovered a love of Product Marketing and the value storytellers have in industry, especially in the tech sector. Since then, Mike has worked at Miovision (traffic technology), Magnet Forensics (digital forensics and incident response technology), and now Arctic Wolf (cyber security).
