This workshop is designed to give you a foundation to express your teaching philosophies and begin to build a professional teaching dossier. Participants will gain tools and strategies to craft an authentic teaching philosophy statement and prepare a draft outline of a professional teaching dossier. We will discuss the materials and experiences you can collect and document to include in your dossier.
Pre-Workshop Reflection
Identify three core teaching beliefs you have and outline how you put these into practice in your teaching environments. List your teaching, mentoring and leadership experiences.
