Scott Paquette (BBA '96), Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Reskilling, RBC

  • Scott is a lecturer in Laurier's User Experience Design program, and a senior product manager in RBC's Learning and Development group. Scott's industry experience includes leading a national learning group for an insurance company, and managing IT projects and risk management for banks and consulting firms. Scott has also been a professor at the Univeristy of Maryland and McMaster University. He holds a PhD in Information Studies from the Unviersity of Toronto, and master's degrees in both information systems and education. 
Nate Tedesco (MBA '18), Principal and Director of Business Development, IN8T Solutions; Partial Load Instructor, Conestoga College
  • Nate is a senior business development, sales and marketing professional with more than 20 years of diverse experience working within the technology, professional services, hospitality, and asset management industries. His expertise includes developing relationships with key stakeholders, partnership and sponsorship initiatives, the ability to understand market drivers, shortening of sales cycles and exceeding revenue objectives. Nate holds a BS in HRIM from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is actively involved in the community and currently volunteers with the Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation. His curiousity and passion for lifelong learning have led him to teach part-time at Conestoga College. 
Lindsay Tayler (BBA '14, MBA '20), Future of Work and Learning Coordinator, Communitech & Professional Development Coordinator, Wilfrid Laurier University
  • Lindsay is currently piloting a 'future of work experiment' with Wilfrid Laurier University and Communitech. She is splitting her time as Professional Development Coordinator with Laurier and Future of Work & Learning Coordinator with Communitech for the next year. In her role at Laurier, she is responsible for the development of Professional Development and Lifelong Learning programs, focused on supportung working professionals in upskilling and re-skilling for job advancement and/or job attainment. At Communitech, Lindsay supports the Future of Work and Learning Coalition, which looks to help make Waterloo Region one of the most 'Future of Work' ready cities in Canada.
