Location: Manulife Sportsplex at RIM Park, 2001 University Avenue East, Waterloo 

Your OneCard or Laurier Alumni card is required for entry.

What to expect:

• Employers from various industries seeking candidates for numerous roles. 
• Some employers will direct you to submit your application online while others will accept resumés at the event, be prepared for both. 
• Career Consultants will be onsite if you have a quick question or if you need support. 
• Free admission for Laurier students and alumni. Students from the University of Guelph, University of Waterloo and Conestoga College will also be in attendance. 

How to prepare:

• View the list of participating employers by job category to create a short list of organizations you want to speak with.
• Update your resumé and LinkedIn profile. 
• Attend the Job Fair Boot Camp to develop your personalized Job Fair action plan:
  • Wednesday, September 17, 5 - 6:30 p.m. (In Person Waterloo)
  • Thursday, September 18, 2:30 - 4 p.m. (In Person Waterloo)
  • Friday, September 19, 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Online)
  • Monday, September 22, 1:30 - 3 p.m. (Online)
  • Tuesday, September 23, 12 - 1:30 p.m. (In Person Waterloo)

Getting there: 

• Bring your OneCard or Laurier Alumni card.
• Complimentary bus transportation is offered to and from the fair. 
  • Registration is required for Brantford students and Milton students. 
  • Waterloo campus buses depart from 200 King St. N. at 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 1:45 p.m. 
    Buses will return from RIM Park at 11:15 a.m., 12 noon, 12:45 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
• Grand River Transit route 202 has a stop at RIM Park.
• Parking is available but tends to fill quickly.

Partnerships for Employment (P4E) is a partnership among the University of Guelph, University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College. The partnership was created to better serve our students, alumni and employers through jointly sponsored annual Career Fairs and Job Fairs. Please note admission is restricted to degree/diploma students and alumni of the sponsoring institutions.
