In this workshop, we'll embark on a transformative journey to boost your self-confidence and minimize the habit of unfavourable comparisons. This interactive session offers practical tools and strategies to recognize and amplify personal achievements and capabilities. By fostering a positive self-image and understanding the value of your unique contributions, you will learn to navigate your career paths with assurance and determination.

This session is in person at the Waterloo Career Centre.
